Back To School

My kids are back in school. This means 2 things:

1.) We are back on a schedule and that is fantastic! I can grocery shop alone and get a little more done

2.) Sports are back in session and life after 4pm can be hectic!

Between the 4 of us all having different sports schedules, the week is a crazy one. I need recipes that are quick and easy. My favorites are one pot/pan recipes. Check out a few of my favorites below. But first enter to win some Le Creuset pieces of your own!
